Setting Off: A Winter Journey Under the Warm Sun

At 8:30 a.m. on December 26, the employees of Yanshang Hydraulic, full of anticipation and enthusiasm, set off from the company, heading to Liyang. During the three-hour drive, the atmosphere in the bus was relaxed and cheerful. Colleagues from different departments took the opportunity to chat and connect, breaking the usual boundaries of the workplace. Outside the window, the winter scenery of Jiangnan complemented the warm, friendly vibes inside the bus, hinting that this would be a rewarding team trip.

By 11:30 a.m., the team arrived on time at their accommodation for the team-building event—the Lanyang Lindon Hotel. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and rivers, the hotel offered a serene environment, providing an ideal setting for the upcoming activities.

Collaboration: Wisdom and Team Chemistry in Games

After lunch, the first major part of this team-building event—the team collaboration games—officially kicked off. The organizers carefully designed a series of games aimed at enhancing teamwork, using innovative twists on classics like ‘Around the World’ and ‘Monopoly’ to compete and determine the winning team.
